Honey-Glazed Carrots
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 Tbsp. country cook Honey Spread [or Country Crock® Spread], divided
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
- Cover carrots with 1-inch water in 10-inch nonstick skilet Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered until crisp-tender, about 8 minutes; drain.
- Return carrots to skillet. Add 2 tablespoons Country Crock® Honey Spread and remaining ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender, about 5 minutes. To serve, top with remaining 1 tablespoon Country Crock® Honey Spread
